Casual Day Program
Our corporate culture is premised on a strong commitment to our Shared Values philosophy. Comprehensive Benefit Solutions Limited believes in the importance of charity and community and the need to give back. Some of our clients are charitable organizations that play an integral role in the community and work to establish common goals.
Our staff participates in a Casual Day Charity program, whereby every Friday is “jeans” day. This program creates awareness amongst our staff and offers support to our clients who are charitable organizations. Employee contributions to the program are matched by the firm – dollar for dollar – a very important component of our Shared Values.
In the Community
Comprehensive Benefit Solutions Limited has adopted an all charities approach to our Charitable Giving Program. We recognize that our people are the face of our company and they have their own interests and initiatives they support. In this regard, we encourage and support the community-minded involvement of our people. Our firm will match an employee contribution up to $1,000 to a charity of their choice whereby they have participated in fund raising and/or community event.
